WHERE ARE THE PRODUCTS MADE
All of our products are designed and made by hand in the studio.

PACKAGING
The packaging used by Studio Anna Hamilton is made from 100% recycled, unbleached & ribbed Kraft™ paper and board with no visible branding. This simple and elegant design allows the packaging to be perfectly re-usable as an ideal storage solution for you and your home - nothing is wasted.

ARE THERE ANY SPECIAL CARE INSTRUCTIONS?
Each product comes with its own instructions as seen in the products description page. As a guide for all fabric products, we always suggest to wash by hand gently in cool water and air dry laid flat.

To clean silk products we only recommend dry cleaning or very gentle hand washing with a mild detergent, never machine wash. For drying silks, never wring out or twist the material. Silk is very delicate so it is always best to lay the fabric flat and let it dry naturally. Use an iron on the reverse side using its lowest temperature setting with a cotton towel between the silk and the iron hot plate to gently remove any creases.

We recommend following these instructions in order to maximize the performance and lifespan of all our products.

DO YOU HAVE SPECIAL PROMOTIONS?

ORDER PROCESS - DO I NEED AN ACCOUNT TO PLACE AN ORDER?
During check-out you can choose if you would like to open an account which makes it easier to follow up on your orders as well as placing future orders. But you can opt to place your order as a guest.

I’VE FORGOTTEN MY PASSWORD, WHAT DO I DO?
You can request a password reset by contacting us at  hello [at] StudioAnnaHamilton.com. If you’d like to change the email address associated with your account, please login and visit the Edit Account page.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DOES STUDIO ANNA HAMILTON ACCEPT?
We accept all major debit and credit cards (American Express, Mastercard and Visa).  Secure payment is taken at the time of order via your PayPal account or as a guest with your credit card. All of the payment pages are provided directly by PayPal, and the card information provided is never passed to Studio Anna Hamilton nor is it ever held on our server. All transactions are in Euros.

HOW DO I CHECK MY ORDER STATUS?
Log in to your account and look in ‘Recent Orders’. If your order is not there and you have not received an order confirmation email from us with a tracking link then you may not have successfully completed your order. In this case please contact hello [at] StudioAnnaHamilton.com so we can assist you further.

DELIVERY - WHERE DO YOU SHIP?
We accept orders from every country that it is physically possible for our shipping partners to deliver to, but we will not process any orders that have a pick-up point, parcel motel or PO box address provided.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR AN ORDER TO ARRIVE?
Depending on your location, delivery is normally made 7 days from your date of ordering. Our quoted delivery times allow us to both despatch from stock and to make-to-order. If you require a shorter delivery time than the one stated, please email hello [at] StudioAnnaHamilton.com for an accurate delivery estimate for any item.

WHAT HAPPENS IF THE ADDRESS IS WRONG?
If you have accidentally ordered a parcel to the wrong or an incorrect address, the package should make its way back to us. Once received back it can be correctly delivered for the additional payment of any redirection costs or we will refund the order but not the delivery costs.
